Our Family Ministry is dedicated to equipping parents and caregivers to be the primary faith formers in their homes. Communication, connection with the church, and investing in their own faith are key in making sure families are confident and excited about helping their children grow in God’s grace and truth. We support this foundation with Sunday and Wednesday programs lead by passionate and educated teachers.

Sunday Morning &
Wednesday Night

Sunday School: 9:15-10:15
During the school year we run traditional Sunday School classrooms for preschoolers through 5th graders.

During the summer we have a one room class.

Wednesday OWL and HOOT: 6:30-7:30
After an all congregation supper, our midweek kids program (during the school year) is for k-5th grade. We sing songs, make crafts, and learn about God’s great love.

We kick off the new school year with inflatables, a picnic, and lots of fun!

Christmas Program

Gender Celebrations
God made you a girl or a boy and that is something to celebrate! Join us at our Princess Tea Party and our Great Knight to learn about God’s great design.

Easter Egg Hunt
The Saturday before Easter we remember Jesus’ sacrifice and gift of the resurrection with songs, story time, and of course a Hunt with lots of candy!

Milestone Events

Each year from ages 3-12, our Zion Kids and their parents are invited to a special Sunday of faith formation as they become more involve members of Zion’s body of Christ. Click here to learn more about each one.

Kindergarten- Starting School- Receive Easy Reader Bible

1st grade- Donuts with the Director

2nd grade- Participating in Worship
